Tracy Caruso Attends First Meeting as Member of Palm Beach State College’s District Board of Trustees

LAKE WORTH, Fla. (Aug. 21, 2025) — Palm Beach State College proudly welcomed Tracy Caruso to its District Board of Trustees at her first official board meeting held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Caruso joins the College’s governing body following her recent appointment, pending confirmation by the Florida Senate.

A widely recognized civic leader in Palm Beach County, Caruso brings a wealth of experience as a Delray Beach businesswoman, editor for Florida Jolt, and president of Delray Beach Executive Suites, a private rental company she operates with her husband, State Representative Mike Caruso. In addition to her business accomplishments, Caruso serves as Chair of the Palm Beach County Housing and Finance Authority and as a Board member of the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from New York University.

Her experience in business, health care advocacy and literacy, along with her commitment to the greater good of our community will benefit our students in many ways,” said Palm Beach State College President Ava L. Parker, J.D.

Palm Beach State College’s District Board of Trustees is the governing body overseeing the College’s strategic direction, financial health and overall governance. The Board ensures that the College remains true to its mission and values while adapting to the changing needs of students and the community. Trustees work closely with the College’s administration to guide policy decisions, fundraising efforts and long-term planning, ensuring that PBSC continues to offer high-quality education and maintains its reputation for excellence.
